The mission of the 100 Black Men of the Upstate is to inspire high aspirations among youth and improve the quality of life within African American communities located in the Upstate of South Carolina. We strive to optimize the futures of African American youth and the African American communities we serve.

Youth mentoring, Leadership development, Education, Economic Empowerment, and Health and Wellness

Dedication to 3+ hours per month; At least 29 years old; Positive role model; Accomplished in chosen occupation/field; Interested in contributing human and financial resources to support the organization's programs; Good character; Background check

Various community locations and schools in Greenville, Spartanburg and Anderson
