The mission of the 100 Black Men of the Upstate is to inspire high aspirations among youth and improve the quality of life within African American communities located in the Upstate of South Carolina. We strive to optimize the futures of African American youth and the African American communities we serve.

YBA is a mentoring organization whose goal is to aid in the mental, physical and spiritual development of young men.
Mentor Upstate promotes the establishment and development of mentoring partnerships in elementary, middle, and high schools in the upstate of South Carolina. The goal is to facilitate healthy and sustainable relationships between students and adults in our community.
